Ok, so Mauve Desert? Possibly the worst book ever. I'm sorry, I don't mean to offend anyone, but... how can someone write a really bad 40-page "novel" (which is mostly just crazed, probably drug-induced musings on the nature of reality) and then spend another hundred and fifty pages introducing a new character that worships that first rambling piece of shit, and desires to translate it? How can anyone possibly ever have enjoyed this book? I can't wait to see what mister professor has to say about it tomorrow.
